About Our Venture Partners:

The Role

Venture Partners play a pivotal role in our investment, portfolio and community management processes. Here are a few ways you may get involved:

Scout and Source New Opportunities – Identify new innovations and opportunities that we may consider for future investments.

Investment Process Support & Management – Support and lead our 5-step investment process to help identify, evaluate and determine the innovations we will support.

Due Diligence – Support and lead due diligence, draft investment memos, make investment recommendations to our Investment Committee.

Portfolio Management & Company Support – Support or manage portfolio company relationships, monitor their progress, and provide quarterly and annual reports throughout the life of the investment.

Please be aware of the following before applying:

Compensation – Like many other venture capital firms, our Venture Partners are compensated solely through carried interest participation tied to the performance of our investments.

Investing with CANCER FUND – Our Venture Partners are investors in Cancer Fund I, LLC supporting and leading investments with time, expertise, and capital. While the Cancer Fund I, LLC minimum investment is only $100, investments from our Venture Partners are typically higher.
