5. What is your availability?(Required)

As a startup, we understand that there are limits on your time. In general, you should anticipate spending at least 5 hours per week as you start your engagement. That time commitment, depending on your specific role, may increase over time. Are you able to commit the needed time to be successful?

Sure, no problem...my schedule is completely flexible.

I'm generally available, but this would be my side-hustle so I'll have to work around commitments for my day job and/or family obligations.

6. What are your compensation expectations?(Required)

CANCER FUND team members work for carried interest participation in the Fund that is earned for time spent or other contributions. We do NOT pay salaries, hourly consulting fees, cash bonuses or provide benefits. Are you comfortable working on the basis of contribution-based and speculative compensation?

No. I'm looking for a full-time role / salaried position.

Maybe. I'm comfortable with at-risk compensation but I need to know more to say for sure..

8. We Believe Investing Should be Inclusive. Do you?(Required)

Cancer effects everyone and we believe EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THE CHOICE to invest in Cancer Fund I and the innovative startups we’re supporting. We do not believe the choice to invest should be limited to only the wealthiest ~10% of individuals in the U.S. with a net worth greater than $1M or annual income over $200,000 that meet the SEC definition of an "Accredited Investor”. What's your perspective?

No. It makes sense to EXCLUDE most of the population from investing in cancer innovation and Cancer Fund I because everyone knows that the more money you have the smarter you are.

Maybe. It sounds nice to be INCLUSIVE, but I'm sure there’s a good reason for limiting these investment opportunities to only ~ 10% of the population.

Yes… I agree everyone should have the CHOICE to invest or not to invest.

9. We're individuals, investing together as a community. Will you join us by investing?(Required)

Forget what you think you know about Venture Capital, that likely doesn’t apply to us. We are a community of ordinary people investing $100 or more to move cancer research out of the lab so that it can actually help people. Are you willing to do the same?

Yes, absolutely! I want to be a part of making an impact in moving cancer beyond research.

Maybe, but I need to see more about the fund's risks, target, returns, and portfolio pipeline before I'm willing to write a check.

I'm new to investing but interested in learning - I've donated to charities before, but I've never made an investment to support cancer innovation.
